- Prior to player arrival, all touch points and goal posts are sanitized.
- All players arriving at the venue need to wear masks. No access will be allowed without a mask.
- Screening station is available at the entrance, with a cool off section to the side for in case needed.
- Players arrive 15 minutes before practice commence and move to the screening station where hands are sanitized with 70% alcohol spray.
- Players arrive already in gear as change rooms will not be unlocked.
- All players/coaches will complete a screening tool and document any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
- Temperatures are taken and logged on the screening document.
- Should any player/coach present with any COVID symptoms they will be refused entry.
- Persons with a temperature of above 37,5 Degrees Celsius will be put in the cool off section for 10 minutes and temperatures retaken. Should temperature still be high, that person will be refused entry.
- No spectators are allowed and only players and coaches will be allowed entry.
- During practice sessions masks will stay on for the duration of the warm-up but can be removed during skill sessions and play on instruction of the coach. Coaches masks will remain on for the duration of the training session.
- Players will maintain social distancing for the duration of the practice and play as far as possible.
- No hockey balls are allowed and will be provided by the academy.
- Between practice sessions all balls and cones will be disinfected. Goal posts and all touch points will be sanitized as well.
- Players are not allowed to share water bottles or any hockey equipment.
- After practice players need to leave immediately exiting the field on the far end away from entry gate.
- Any coach or player not adhering to the protocols will be asked to leave the premises.
